SINGO

Starter legal document

Terms and Conditions

Review before commercial launch: This is a practical starter template, not legal advice. Have a qualified Singapore professional review it before accepting real customers or merchants.

1. About SINGO

SINGO provides travel discovery, partner deal information, claim tools and merchant redemption records. Business identity, registered address and legal entity details must be inserted only after they are confirmed.

2. Accounts

Users must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. Merchant accounts may be reviewed, approved, suspended or rejected to protect users and the platform.

3. Deals and redemptions

Partner offers are subject to the terms shown on each deal. A claim is not completed until the merchant verifies it. SINGO may prevent duplicate, expired, abusive or unauthorized redemptions.

4. Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, prices, eligibility conditions, images, business information and fulfilment of accepted offers.

5. AI and travel information

AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete or outdated. Users should verify time-sensitive transport, venue, event, price, immigration and safety information with authoritative sources.

6. Acceptable use

Users may not attempt unauthorized access, automated abuse, fraudulent claims, impersonation, data scraping that disrupts the service, or interference with security controls.

7. Availability and liability

Service availability is not guaranteed. Any limitation of liability, governing law, dispute process, refund terms and commercial fee terms should be finalized with qualified counsel before launch.
